By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on this website, you agree to:

Use this website only for genuine inquiries and legally valid purchases.
Not place fake, false, or fraudulent orders. If such orders are identified, we reserve the right to cancel them and notify relevant authorities.
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date contact information, including email address, shipping address, and phone number. We may use this information to contact you regarding your order.
Understand that failure to provide required information may prevent successful order placement.

All orders are subject to product availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we reserve the right to offer a replacement product or issue store credit, as applicable.

We take reasonable care to ensure all prices displayed on the website are accurate; however, errors may occur.
If a pricing error is identified, we will notify you and allow you to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
If we are unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled and any amount paid will be refunded.
We are not obligated to fulfill orders placed at an obviously incorrect price.
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@flyjone.in with your order details and clear images/videos of the issue (if applicable).

Exchanges are permitted only for size-related issues.
Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
Exchanges are one-time only per order.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
A delivery/exchange shipping fee will be applicable and must be borne by the customer.
Exchange orders will be delivered within 7–10 working days.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges on Sale items.
Products purchased during a Sale are final and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details at checkout.
We are not liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer support team will call to confirm before shipment.
Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. A new order must be placed.
Orders cannot be cancelled once marked as Shipped.
Any changes to an order must be requested before shipment by contacting customer support. Changes are not possible after dispatch.

Promotional coupons and discount codes are applicable only if the minimum cart value is met.
Coupons will not apply if cart value requirements are not met.
