RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS POLICY
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
Defective product
Damaged product
Incorrect product received
Undelivered product
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Approved returns do not qualify for cash refunds.

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit coupon codes.
Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are permitted only for size-related issues.
Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
Exchanges are one-time only per order.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
A delivery/exchange shipping fee will be applicable and must be borne by the customer.
Exchange orders will be delivered within 7–10 working days.

IMPORTANT NOTES
No returns, refunds, or exchanges on Sale items.
Products purchased during a Sale are final and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
ACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details at checkout.
We are not liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
CONFIRMATION / CANCELLATION
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer support team will call to confirm before shipment.
Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. A new order must be placed.
Orders cannot be cancelled once marked as Shipped.
Any changes to an order must be requested before shipment by contacting customer support. Changes are not possible after dispatch.
T&Cs FOR COUPON USE
Promotional coupons and discount codes are applicable only if the minimum cart value is met.
Coupons will not apply if cart value requirements are not met.
