  • Understand that failure to provide required information may prevent successful order placement.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

  • All orders are subject to product availability.

  • If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we reserve the right to offer a replacement product or issue store credit, as applicable.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

  • We take reasonable care to ensure all prices displayed on the website are accurate; however, errors may occur.

  • If a pricing error is identified, we will notify you and allow you to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

  • If we are unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled and any amount paid will be refunded.

  • We are not obligated to fulfill orders placed at an obviously incorrect price.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Defective product

  • Damaged product

  • Incorrect product received

  • Undelivered product

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Approved returns do not qualify for cash refunds.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@flyjone.in with your order details and clear images/videos of the issue (if applicable).

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit coupon codes.

  • Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

  • No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are permitted only for size-related issues.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Exchanges are one-time only per order.

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

  • A delivery/exchange shipping fee will be applicable and must be borne by the customer.

  • Exchange orders will be delivered within 7–10 working days.

To request an exchange, please email us at hello@flyjone.in with your order number and required size.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges on Sale items.

  • Products purchased during a Sale are final and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

ACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details at checkout.

  • We are not liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

CONFIRMATION / CANCELLATION

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer support team will call to confirm before shipment.

  • Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. A new order must be placed.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once marked as Shipped.

  • Any changes to an order must be requested before shipment by contacting customer support. Changes are not possible after dispatch.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COUPON USE

  • Promotional coupons and discount codes are applicable only if the minimum cart value is met.

  • Coupons will not apply if cart value requirements are not met.

  • Please review coupon terms carefully before applying.
